The Loyalty Choice Agency LLC ("TLC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit tlcallc.com, complete our Business Leak Assessment or another form, schedule a conversation, communicate with us, or use our services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
• Contact information, such as your name, business email address, business phone number, and preferred contact method.
• Business information, such as your business name, website, industry, location, and information about your current marketing, lead follow-up, customer experience, reputation, or growth goals.

• Client and transaction information if you become a client, such as service records, agreements, billing details, and payment status. A payment provider may process payment-card information rather than TLC storing it directly.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that we have not requested.
2. How We Collect Information

• Directly from you when you complete a form or assessment, schedule an appointment, contact us, or become a client.
• Automatically through our website, forms, emails, cookies, and similar technologies.
• From service providers that help us operate our business.
• From publicly available business sources or professional referrals when we conduct business outreach.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
• Respond to questions and requests.

• Schedule consultations and follow up about services you requested or expressed interest in.
• Prepare proposals, provide services, and manage client relationships.

We seek to collect and use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes.
4. Email, Phone, and Text Communications
Providing a phone number or email address in the Business Leak Assessment allows TLC to contact you about your submission, assessment results, and any consultation you request.
Assessment contact permission is separate from SMS consent. If you choose to opt in to The Loyalty Choice Agency SMS Program, we may use your mobile number and SMS consent information to send recurring automated informational messages about assessment results, requested consultations, appointment reminders, and service or account updates. This SMS Program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For assistance, email [email protected]. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not transferred to third parties for marketing. We may share this information with service providers that help us operate the messaging program solely for that purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. You may ask us to stop promotional emails at any time by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform work on our behalf, including providers for:
• Customer relationship management, forms, surveys, email, and workflow automation, including GoHighLevel and related LeadConnector services.
• Website hosting, domain services, security, analytics, and technical support.
• Appointment scheduling and communications.
• Contracting, accounting, billing, and payment processing when those services are used.
These providers may process information as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
TLC does not sell or rent personal information and does not provide Business Leak Assessment responses to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep forms and pages working, understand website use, improve performance, prevent fraud, and measure communications. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work correctly afterward.
If TLC later adds advertising or tracking technologies that require additional notice or consent, this policy and the website controls will be updated before those technologies are used.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, and protecting our systems. Retention periods may differ based on the type of information, the relationship, and legal or contractual requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take appropriate steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may contact us to:
• Ask what personal information we maintain about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Request a portable copy of certain information you provided.
• Withdraw a communication preference or opt out of promotional communications.

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the particular processing, you may have additional rights, including the right to confirm processing, learn the categories of third parties receiving personal information, or opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
We will verify requests as reasonably necessary, respond within the time required by applicable law, and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may contact us to ask that the decision be reconsidered.
